You've spent your hard earned money on the beautiful kb efile (rose gold for the win 🧑🍳👌), the last thing you wanna do is get dust stuck in the handpiece! I use a dust cap with every efile bit, I keep them in place, just move them around a bit in the removing debris stage to make sure no dust gets left behind. Then pop them in my ultrasonic cleaner still attached to the bit. Katie very kindly sends her bits with a dust cap already attached but if can't hurt to have spares!

Love these I purchased 2 sets. The cheap ones I bought on Amazon didn’t fit well and squeaked terribly. My e-filed are my most expensive tools and I take care of them. You need these no matter what file you are using. I’m using in my KB and YN e-files and th we t are perfect-even though my YN file has been resting at home lately!
